Challenge 1: Legacy product founded in 2018, facing production issues often.

Challenge 2:End to end regression suite was missing which led to test coverage issues.

Challenge 3: Inspite of having inhouse QA team and stable product, the team was not confident because there were no consistent efforts made to retest whole application which led to product quality issues

Our Solutions

-Designed 1300 + test cases and end to end regression test suite from scratch which led to thorough test coverage and giving it a proper structure for both mobile and web application.

Identified regression testcases and prioritised them that needs to part of automation

Uploaded the test cases to Xray tool module-wise

Executed the testcases in module-wise execution cycles
