Privacy Policy

In order to provide Testing Services and access related applications hosted on Thought Frameworks / onDemandQA (hereinafter “Thought Frameworks”) websites (collectively, the “Web Sites”), the party (“User”) initiating a payment transaction using the Thought Frameworks applications must provide certain personal information and identifying data as part of the payment initiation and process. This information may include personal identifiers such as legal name, billing name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information (collectively, “User Data”). For security purposes, Thought Frameworks also records your account transaction history, device location, and sometimes information about your computer or access device. Thought Frameworks may also use your personal information or User Data to contact you about other Thought Frameworks offerings and other customized news that may be of interest to you, either directly or through its authorized third party service providers.

Thought Frameworks may place Internet “cookies” on a User’s mobile phone device or computer hard drive to assist with management of the payment processing session and related authentication. A cookie is a text file that is placed on a device by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. One of the primary purposes of cookies for the Web Sites is for session information, including information needed to perform the payment processing transaction. Users have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but Users may be able to modify their browser setting to decline cookies. However, if User chooses to decline cookies, he or she may not be able to access some or all of the functionality of the Web Sites.

Thought Frameworks utilizes security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of User Data and other collected information, including personal identifiers, gathered from the Websites and related Thought Frameworks applications. Thought Frameworks has licensed the industry-standard Security Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that permits encryption of User Data. This will make such information unusable in the event of unauthorized third-party interception. Additionally, Thought Frameworks has and will maintain appropriate security measures in place at its physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of such information. Thought Frameworks stores User Data in a secure environment at one or more of Thought Frameworks’s service providers. Thought Frameworks and service provider personnel with access to this information have been advised of the importance of maintaining the confidentially of User Data and of using it only for the purposes described in Thought Frameworks’s Privacy Policy and/or Terms and Conditions of Use. Thought Frameworks will not share, sell, or rent User Data that it collects during the course of providing testing services without a User’s prior permission except as necessary to perform the Service, or unless Thought Frameworks believes, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with applicable law, (ii) enforce the terms of Thought Frameworks’s Terms and Conditions of Use, or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Thought Frameworks or others. The Websites and related Thought Frameworks applications may provide links to third-party sites for User’s convenience and information. If third party sites are accessed via such links, User will leave the Websites and Thought Frameworks applications. Thought Frameworks does not control third-party sites or third party privacy practices that may differ from Thought Frameworks’s Privacy Policy. Thought Frameworks does not endorse or make any representations about third-party sites. Any personal information User chooses to give to such third parties is not covered by Thought Frameworks’s Privacy Policy.

Although Thought Frameworks will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality and security of User Data and personal information, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. Thought Frameworks will have no liability for disclosure of User Data and personal information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties beyond its reasonable control.

Thought Frameworks reserves the right at any time to change or update this Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions of Use, or any other Thought Frameworks policy or practice. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately upon posting to the Web Sites, and User’s use of any of the Web Sites and Thought Frameworks applications following such posting constitutes User’s acceptance of such changes and updates.
